Great expierience Adam was friendly and knowledgeable. This is now my plumber I have written down on the refridgerator. Prices are very fair and cheaper then the other place I called. Thx Adam!

Had a backup on a Saturday. Called and lucked out that they were finishing up a job nearby. Came within the hour and cleared roots in the main drain. Very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend!

While trying to clear a sink drain in our powder room that was draining slowly it quickly became clear to me that the clog was not going to be a DIY job, so I started looking online for a plumber to clean out the drain pipe behing the sink. Based on online reviews I decided to try Profesional Drain and Sewer. I called the number at their website but got no answer so I left a message. To my surprise Adam called me back within a couple of minutes. I explained the issue to him and he asked for my address. He was at my house less than two hours later ready to clear my drain. As he started the drain cleaning he said there was a buildup of rust in the drain pipe that was difficult to get through. But he kept working at it. A couple of times he thought he had it cleared but when he hooked up the sink drain pipes and ran water he could see that it was still blocked, so he continued working at it. Finally after almost an hour of working at it he was able to get the drain pipe competely opened up. After he hooked up the drain pipe under the sink we ran the water for about 10 minutes and got no backups. He said that these kind of blockages can be tough to break through, so I admired his determination to get it opened. After finishing he also cleaned up and dried everything off. Afterward when it was time to settle up, I was very pleased at the reasonable rate he charged. The next time I need drain or sewer cleaning service I will definitely be calling Professional Drain and Sewer.

Been using this company since April 2020. Owners Adam & Tanya will do you right by price and workmanship. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable . They have unclogged and replaced parts in bathroom, kitchen. Very young sons came today to do some work for me and are also the same way. Havent had any issues with no shows or time. My go to plumber😃

I would like to give a shout out to Adrian and his teammate of Professional Drain & Sewer Cleaning. We had a drain backup on a Saturday and we were referred to PDS. They gave us an estimated time of arrival and arrived during that time. They were professional, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. They were informative of the literal "root of our problem", and cleared the roots in our outgoing main drain. Afterwards, they also offered ways to prevent further problems. No one likes a backed up drain, it's good to know that we now have them as a resource. Would highly recommend!

If unclogging drains was a super power then Adam is our HERO! There was talk of having to bust the floor to get to pipes but Adam got it and still charged a very reasonable rate! This is a laundromat that gets frequent problems and we will always use Adam.

Had some lines that were seriously plugged. This company showed up on time, communicated with us through out the job letting us know what was happening, gave us preventative tips, and were professional. Felt like the expense to us was entirely reasonable for the work done. I would definitely recommend this company and work with them in the future if the need arose. Thanks for the great service.

What great service! I was very impressed with Adam's knowledge and willingness to work with our house's challenging plumbing set up. We had a major drain issue with our side by side in Racine, and he worked on the problem diligently until the issue was resolved and the blockage was cleared all the way out to the street. Adam not only fixed the issue with our tank, he was concerned about my description of water leakage and investigated further. After finding rusted bolts and metal ring, he fixed it right. We are so pleased with the professional, caring service we received from Adam and his team! We will highly recommend to all!

Thought I had a big issue with my toilet but it was my actual sink. He came in a quick time to fix it!. My family had to meet him there and was super nice and honest with them. Definitely will call him again if I need any help with any plumbing issue!!! Thank you again soooo much!!!!
